The Greater Pittsfield Chamber of Commerce held their second 2008 Business After Hours. The event was sponsored by the Pittsfield Police Department. They provided an outstanding event for all Chamber Members to meet and interact with one another.

Refreshments and snacks were put out for everyone to enjoy courtesy of The Pittsfield Police Department. Several tours of the police department were given along with a detailed explanation of operations within each section.

A door prize was offered to all who participated. The drawing was scheduled for a different date and the winner to be announced.

Everyone enjoyed their time during The Greater Pittsfield Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours. The turn out for this event was around 20 to 25 Members. Each Member was able to interact to one another and had the opportunity to learn about the individual businesses and the services they offer.

A special Thank You to the Pittsfield Police Department for offering the space for such a wonderful event. Thanks for the tour and now the understanding of what goes on within the police station!

The Greater Pittsfield Chamber of Commerce held their first 2008 Business After Hours. The event was hosted by Paige Insurance Agency and Brown Engineering who teamed up to provide an outstanding event for all Chamber Members to meet and network with one another.

The event, held outside under a tent, began with an icebreaker. Each person was given a card with a picture and needed to find the person with the matching card. The first four people won prizes donated by Northway Bank and The Innate In You, LLC. Patricia L. Houle, CPA, Northway Bank, Sweet Bouquets n More and Brown Engineering had their choice of a $25.00 gift card or a half hour Reiki session.

A beautiful table of refreshments and snacks was set for everyone to enjoy courtesy of Paige Insurance Agency and Brown Engineering. Both companies gave a brief description of what services they provided and the benefits of these services.

The door prize was a beautiful candy bouquet arranged and donated by Sweet Bouquets n More as well as a bountiful bag full of coffee goodies donated by Great East Mortgage. Pittsfield Weaving Company was the winner of the candy bouquet and Exit Reward Realty won the coffee bag.
