Q:  When was the Chamber Established?

A:  The Articles of Agreement making the Greater Pittsfield Chamber of Commerce a registered organization in the State of New Hampshire was signed on March 23, 1966.

Q:  What is your objective?

A:  The objective for which this corporation was established is for the purpose of advancing the economic and civic welfare of the Town of Pittsfield and surrounding area towns .  It shall be non-profit, non-partisan, non sectarian and shall take no part in, or lend its influence or facilities, either directly or indirectly, to the nomination, election of appointment of any candidate for political office in town, county, state or nation.

Q:  Who can join?

Any reputable person, association, corporation, partnership or estate  having an interest in the objectives as stated in the Articles of Incorporation shall be eligible to apply for membership.  Dues are $30. per year for full membership and $20. per year for an individual membership.  Officers are elected annually at our January meeting.
